RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive market growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Achieve business development targets aligned with company objectives to maximize profitability.
- Generate new business revenue and contribute significantly to the overall profitability of the company.
- Make strategic decisions and provide recommendations to ensure the successful launch of new business ventures.
- Proactively establish and nurture mutually beneficial sales relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Offer insights and support to the Asia Director to assist with business performance reviews, evaluations, and budgeting.
- Contribute to the creation, refinement, and execution of the overall sales and marketing strategy.
- Set and achieve targets within assigned vertical markets as determined by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Logistics is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the supply chain industry or 3PL.
- Strong background in Hunting/Key Account Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of managing and developing relationships, as well as negotiating at all levels within customer organizations.
- Travelling is required for this role.
