Description
  • Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records and financial statements.
  • Ensure financial reporting is accurate and meets regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support and ensure compliance with all statutory finance and tax filing requirements
  • Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners
  • Manage and mentor members of the finance team.
  • Assist in new process implementations and accounting system upgrades.

Profile

A Successful Accountant Should Have
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Accounting background in hospitality industries
  • Familiarity with hospitality practices will be beneficial
  • Good understanding in inter-company transactions
  • Able to meet with a strict reporting deadline.
  • Good team player, self-discipline, meticulous, attentive, committed, and able to work independently.
