Our client, a healthcare organization in Singapore is currently seeking candidates to join them as a HR Executive, Business Partner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle talent acquisition activities of assigned business unit
  • Oversee onboarding process of new hires
  • Manage the offboarding activities, analyze trends and improve on retention initiatives
  • Manage inquiries from staff and provide HR advice on interpreting HR policies, initiatives, and matters
  • Facilitate and support performance appraisal activities such as performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development
  • Participate in various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events
  • Prepare manpower reports for submission as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management, Business or related
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Able to engage, guide and partner with stakeholders on HR matters
  • Strong with numbers, performing analysis, preparing proposals and handling stakeholders
