RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the organization through the implementation of HR programmes and activities.
  • In charge of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of payroll records in the HR system, and aligns with MOM guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Submit tax clearance and IR8A .
  • Work closely with HR & Admin Manager to review and revise HR policies, processes in line with company goals.
  • Handle in recruitment activities including posting of job advertisement, screening of resumes, interview arrangements and selection.
  • Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations, etc.
  • Hande onboarding for new hires and offboarding for resigned employees.
  • Responsible for the preparation of letter, including but not limited to Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, etc.
  • Update and maintenance of employee Personal file and information in the HR System.
  • Monitor and prepare appraisal form for confirmation, work pass expiration and renewal of the contract.
  • Administer leave benefit and medical reimbursement.
  • Facilitate and provide support for grant application, coordination, checking and submission to relevant government agencies across group of companies.
  • Collaborate, plan and execute employee engagement events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events.
  • Handle HR and Sustainability reporting.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in HR or Business-related disciplines, or
  • Minimum 3 years' related experience
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable.
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), especially Excel for reporting purpose.
  • Knowledge with HRIS (Timesoft) will be an added advantage
