You will work closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process while contributing to strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and identify the right candidate profiles for open positions.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, identify talent pools, and determine the most effective sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for evergreen roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Engage with potential candidates via emails, social media, and phone calls to assess interest, inform them about job opportunities, and schedule interviews.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as sourcing conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recommend improvements.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in recruitment and/or sourcing (including Boolean searches) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a cross-regional and cross-cultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, fast-learning attitude.
- Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time or at least 3 days per week for part-time).
