Job Description

  • Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify high potential sellers
  • Identify trends and market opportunities outside the mainstream C2C market
  • Coordinate internally across cross-functional teams to support seller communications
  • Engage in competitor intelligence and compliance checks for strategic programs
  • Assist with the growth initiatives and day-to-day operation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and support troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Conduct analysis to support program growth, e.g., comparing program design across markets and support in driving program optimisation
  • Develop and execute program communication materials, including newsletters, training guides, and FAQs

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/Business or any related industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is a plus
  • Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
  • Works well in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce is advantageous
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
