Job Description
- Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify high potential sellers
- Identify trends and market opportunities outside the mainstream C2C market
- Coordinate internally across cross-functional teams to support seller communications
- Engage in competitor intelligence and compliance checks for strategic programs
- Assist with the growth initiatives and day-to-day operation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and support troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Conduct analysis to support program growth, e.g., comparing program design across markets and support in driving program optimisation
- Develop and execute program communication materials, including newsletters, training guides, and FAQs
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/Business or any related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is a plus
- Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
- Works well in a dynamic environment
- Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships
- Analytical and comfortable working with data
- Relevant experience in e-commerce is advantageous
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
