Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Staff:
• Act as a key point of contact to assist Customer Service and Bus Transport Executives in handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Support customers with the online booking process, troubleshoot booking-related issues, and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Deliver effective solutions to customer concerns, prioritising high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer issues are resolved and their expectations are met.
Administrative Support (Pre-Camp):
• Update and manage booking system capacity, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Review, generate, and analyse reports from the booking system to support planning and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and organised administrative records in preparation for camp operations.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents required for camp setup.
• Monitor payment statuses, update finance records, and manage refund and credit reports.
Administrative Support (During Camp):
• Continuously update and generate administrative reports as needed to support camp operations.
• Provide logistical and administrative assistance to the Customer Service, Transport, and Operations teams to ensure seamless camp execution.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks effectively, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness during the camp season.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a preference for bilingual proficiency.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
Mandarin speaking candidates necessary, as a significant portion of customers speak Mandarin.
5 days work week, with occasional Saturdays. Contract period from Feburary to August 2025.
