  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • 1st Primary Role - In charge of Branch’s IT Security matters on configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, investigation
  • Work closely with Technology – Infrastructure Support Team and Information Security Officer (Governance) on ensuring Branch Information Security are well-protected.
  • Responsible for IT 2nd Line Reviewer role and ensure that the Bank adheres to the regulatory requirements.
  • 2nd Primary Role – In charge of Branch’s BCP Coordination & Execution.
  • To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible on SG Branch IT Security related matters
  • Work closely with SG Branch IT Infrastructure and Support, ISO, CTBC Enterprise Information Security Committee (EISC) and Information Security (Operation) Team in Head Office
  • Advice, Propose, Adopt and Manage projects as instructed by Branch Management or Head Office Information Security Team
  • Review, testing and rolling out security patches to all applicable equipment branch-wide without major impact to current operational structure
  • Assist in IT security related problems including investigation, provide remediation and incident reporting
  • Managing IT Security tools, not limit to Anti-Virus, Data Loss Prevention, SCCM, Web-Content Filtering, etc.
  • Main Liaison for coordinating and executing the Annual BCP Drill Exercise.
  • Responsible on the submission of monthly SCCM and DLP reporting to IT Team Lead and ISO for review
  • Provides a good communication with internal colleagues and external contractors
  • Assist IT Team Lead in reviewing the security aspects of IT projects

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • 3 to 5 years full time role in Information Security project deployment and execution.
  • CISSP or CISM certified. Candidates pending for certification will be considered.
  • Well verse with major market IT Security tools: Symantec, Trendmicro, Forcepoint, etc.
  • 3 to 5 years BCP or BCM experience, or with deep participation.
  • Good sense of Information Security and Business Continuity
  • Basic computers troubleshooting skills
