How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

The Senior Customer Quality and QMS Engineer serves as the primary liaison for resolving customer quality concerns. This role involves engaging with all management levels, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and managing quality issues between customers and suppliers. You will implement global technical standards and lead production quality initiatives to meet customer requirements.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers on quality-related tasks, audits, and incidents.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive product quality improvements.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate customer scorecards to the Subsidiary Quality Management Representative.
  • Interpret customer feedback within manufacturing sites, managing change control, material discrepancies, and product qualifications.
  • Communicate business continuity requirements to the Business Risk Analysis team.
  • Identify and halt non-compliant operations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Facilitate investigations for QIR/SCAR cases, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Resolve quality issues between customers and suppliers while tracking performance metrics for customer satisfaction.
  • Define and manage Ship to Control/Out of Control expectations, reviewing SQC data for trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, applying quality methodologies such as ISO 9000, FMECA, 5-Why, and 8D.
  • Implement new Quality procedures (GTs/GD/GE) and technical standards across relevant departments.
  • Serve as the Quality Department's Industrial Management System (IMS) Representative, championing its effective implementation and maintenance.
  • Lead and facilitate internal and global Quality Management System (QMS) audits, including Global Technology (GT) audits and self-assessments. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure audit findings are addressed and closed out promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively drive, track, and ensure the timely and effective resolution of quality issues and concerns to prevent recurrence.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering is(preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of QMS or ISO experience in the semiconductor or gas industry.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, including ISO 9000, FMECA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and data analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Good analytical, planning, and implementation abilities.
  • Understanding of quality expectations within the semiconductor industry.
