Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process easy and smooth.
- Deliver outstanding support to both new and existing customers.
- Continuously document, evaluate, and refine workflows and processes.
- Oversee multiple project phases, including product development, regulatory compliance, and complex client setups.
- Work with the global client advisory team to implement regional best practices and enhance global policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or an equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in client services, middle/back office, or financial markets.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in providing training to the financial community, with a particular emphasis on financial markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
