Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process easy and smooth.
  • Deliver outstanding support to both new and existing customers.
  • Continuously document, evaluate, and refine workflows and processes.
  • Oversee multiple project phases, including product development, regulatory compliance, and complex client setups.
  • Work with the global client advisory team to implement regional best practices and enhance global policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or an equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in client services, middle/back office, or financial markets.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in providing training to the financial community, with a particular emphasis on financial markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
