Job Brief:

We are looking for a high-performing & dynamic Sales Director managing & delivering revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, large multi-year deals.

As Sales Director, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. Sales head duties will include growing a hungry Sales team, achieving annual targets, building relationships, and growing the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win – mostly new clients
  2. Consultative Engagement with CXOs of target clients
  3. Oversee a team of Sales leaders and get the best outcome in terms of winning large deals, managing CXO relationships and have customer stickiness
  4. Work with internal solution, delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, contract negotiation et al
  5. Understand Infosys Compaz solutions and services
  6. To provide appropriate solutions to the clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.
  7. Develops and expands a portfolio of clients
  8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  9. Present, promote and sell services using “solid sales plans” to existing and prospective customers
  10. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  11. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  12. Initially the focus with be Singapore and then expand to South East Asia

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 12- 15 years professional sales work experience with Strategic Accounts in Singapore and South East Asia
  2. Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services.
  3. Hungry, motivated and self-driven
  4. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  5. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  6. Experience of working with System Integrators
  7. Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts
  8. Ability to drive large deals (>SGD 50M)
  9. Hunting experience, combined with mining
  10. Ability to open new strategic accounts
  11. Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  12. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  13. Business degree or equivalent
