Job Responsibilities

-Demand Discovery and Analysis

  • Conduct thorough research on market trends and user needs across decentralized finance (DeFi), payment solutions, credit card issuance, and fintech to identify product opportunities.
  • Engage with overseas users to gather feedback and continuously optimize product features catering to diverse regional needs.

-Product Planning and Design

  • Develop product roadmaps and feature iteration plans that align with the characteristics of the decentralized ecosystem and the payment industry.
  • Write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and design functional modules and interaction processes tailored to target user behaviors.

-Internationalization and Localization

  • Collaborate on product planning for international markets, driving the development of localization features such as multi-language and multi-currency support, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions to ensure compliant product operations.

-Project Management and Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical, UI/UX design, and testing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
  • Address critical issues encountered during development to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • User Growth and Operational Support
  • Contribute to user growth strategies aimed at enhancing user retention and achieving business objectives.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to facilitate launch promotions and ongoing support.

-Data Analysis and Optimization

  • Analyze user and product usage data to identify issues and propose actionable optimization solutions.
  • Drive product iterations and experience enhancements based on A/B testing results and user feedback.

Job Requirements

-Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher such as Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

-Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2/3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a preference for candidates experienced in blockchain, credit card issuance, or payment solutions.
  • Familiarity with overseas market user needs; experience in DeFi, digital wallets, or financial services is a plus.

-Professional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of decentralized applications, credit card products, payment solutions, and related technologies.
  • Proficient in market research, user demand analysis, and competitive analysis, with strong PRD writing skills.

-Technical Skills

  • Understanding of the DApp and credit card issuance processes, with effective communication skills for collaborating with development teams.
  • Familiarity with mainstream product design tools (e.g., Figma, Axure) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, GA).
  • Internationalization Capability
  • In-depth understanding of user behavior across different cultural contexts, capable of driving product localization efforts.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas users and teams.
  • Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong is an advantage.
  • Team and Project Management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficient in facilitating cross-team cooperation.
  • Experience in agile project management is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a QS 100 ranked university (preferred)
  • Proven success with decentralized applications, credit card products, or related payment technologies.
  • Familiarity with fintech technologies and their applications in international markets.
  • Background in studying or working abroad, with an understanding of different market cultures and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools for user behavior analysis.
