As they scale rapidly, they are seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to work closely with the executive leadership team to drive key strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
Position Overview:
The role will act as the right hand to the Country Head, ensuring that the executive office runs smoothly and that strategic priorities are executed effectively. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership. MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) experience is highly desirable, as it demonstrates a proven track record of analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Country Head, providing strategic support on key business initiatives and decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects that align with the company’s top priorities, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Work closely with the executive team to set goals, track performance, and ensure alignment across departments.
- Facilitate communication between theCountry Head and other stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring streamlined decision-making.
- Manage special projects, including M&A, strategic partnerships, and high-priority internal initiatives.
- Act as a thought partner, contributing to the strategic direction and vision of the company.
- Oversee the cadence of meetings, OKRs, and other operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates with consulting experience from MBB
- Prior experience in the tech industry or with tech clients is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and managing high-impact projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Experience working closely with C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, remain adaptable, and prioritize in a dynamic business setting.
- MBA or an advanced degree is preferred but not required.
