Location: Singapore (with frequent regional travel)
Salary: $6,000 - $6,500 (Basic) + Travel Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Audit (30%)
- Prepare risk-based audit plans to prioritize regional audit assessments and scopes.
- Perform full-cycle regional audit assessments, including preparation, onsite fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
- Present regional audit plans and assessment results to management, business domains/segments, and parent companies.
Regional Compliance (50%)
- Promote and implement Global Policies and Procedures (GPPs) on Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust/Competition Laws, and Export Controls/Strategic Trade Management.
- Support the enactment and revision of regional and corporate policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and execute compliance seminars and trainings in the region.
- Conduct risk assessments and participate in ad-hoc investigations and reviews of non-compliance cases.
- Monitor and disseminate the latest compliance news to companies in the region.
Regional Compliance Support (20%)
- Promote and support internal control and compliance efforts, including Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust/Competition Laws, and Export Controls/Strategic Trade Management.
- Serve as a compliance checker for competitor contact applications, donation/entertainment/gift applications, and export control/strategic trade management screenings in line with GPPs and local laws and regulations.
- Provide regular compliance trainings and monitor the status of annual e-Learning.
- Perform self-check assessments (QAIP, J-SOX, and Export Control) and report findings to headquarters.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Min 5-years experience in compliance activities (and possible internal audit)
- Experience of compliance promotion activities (Anti-bribery / Anti-Corruption, AntiTrust / Competition Laws, Export Controls / Strategic Trade Management)
- Required to travel to countries in Southeast Asia, India, Bangladesh, Japan, Australia etc for audit activities
