As the Junior Finance Analyst (2 years contract), you will report to the Regional Senior Business Controller, Parfums APAC. You will partner internally with the regional team, local accounting team, and HQ finance and externally with distributors, vendors, and affiliates.

What you can expect from the role:

  • Sales reporting and analysis: weekly sales reports, monitor performance of sales
  • Perform the following monthly reports:
  • Selling reporting: deep dive analysis on company sales by channel by line,
  • Sellout reporting: consolidate sellout reports for the region, creating an APAC overview.
  • T&E: Consolidate monthly T&E expenses across the region.
  • Advertising and Promotion: review monthly Support Budget commitment file from Area
  • Sales/Marketing managers to ensure data is aligned with monthly budget/revision figures
  • Pricing: Check overall pricing files to ensure accuracy of prices in respective markets
  • Budget: support the budget process, revisions and 3-year plan processes and presentations; prepare the sales budget/revisions with country managers/ASM; coordinate the budget/revision process with the various departments to ensure timely submission to Corporate, 3-year plan projection and preparation for the various channels, budgets/revisions input and submission into the corporate planning system
  • Procurement: monitor the compliance with the company’s purchase procedures, assist with PO management and advise the team on Ivalua best practices
  • Liaise with IT and support activities for new IT finance projects (SAP/POS/BW), cooperate with IT and Corporate to implement new functionalities
  • Other ad hoc reporting/projects

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance.
  • 2+ years in finance
  • Good Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English, good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, self-organised, disciplined and hands-on
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
