Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and executing recruitment plans, including screening resumes, arranging interviews, and conducting preliminary evaluations to ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, such as handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, managing employee files, and maintaining harmonious employee relations.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, filing documents, procuring office supplies, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the company's daily activities.
- Collaborate in developing and refining HR and administrative policies and procedures to enhance the standardization and efficiency of HR and administrative work.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments, providing professional support and services related to HR and administration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (top academic performance preferred).
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin; willingness to travel.
- Strong people-judgment skills and a people-oriented mindset.
