Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in formulating and executing recruitment plans, including screening resumes, arranging interviews, and conducting preliminary evaluations to ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process.
  2. Assist in handling employee relations matters, such as handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, managing employee files, and maintaining harmonious employee relations.
  3. Oversee daily administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, filing documents, procuring office supplies, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the company's daily activities.
  4. Collaborate in developing and refining HR and administrative policies and procedures to enhance the standardization and efficiency of HR and administrative work.
  5. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments, providing professional support and services related to HR and administration.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (top academic performance preferred).
  2. Fluency in both English and Mandarin; willingness to travel.
  3. Strong people-judgment skills and a people-oriented mindset.
  4. Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
