Job Description:
- Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, housekeeping matters, etc.
- Attend to phone calls, visitors and suppliers
- Assist in office facilities, maintenance and renovation requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up with
vendor/contactors on work progress
- With Building Management FSM to conduct and coordinate fire drill - CERT exercise
- Support Production and Engineering departments on facilities maintenance, not limited to yearly disposal of expired
chemical and damaged equipment under the compliance procedure
- Track and update planned preventive maintenance schedule. Manage quarterly/ yearly renewal and compliance of
necessary building and facilities permits and inspections

Requirements
- GCE ā€˜Nā€™ Level or above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, candidates with more experience will be considered for an executive role
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Bilingual
- Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
- Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items
- Responsible, committed and independent
- Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement
