Job Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Perform all financial transactions inclusive of invoicing, expenses, and payrolls
• Perform bank reconciliation monthly
• Ensure that all records are updated and filed properly, accurately, in timely manner
• Ensure upkeep of office premises and equipment
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management



Requirements:
• Tidy, Organized, and Independent person
• Able to multitask and be adaptive to changes and growths
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec

Advantaging Skills/Knowledge:
• Proficient in QuickBook
• Diploma in Accounting or equiv.
• Experienced in Accounting/Finance related jobs
