Job Description:
As a Hospitality Service Crew / Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring top-tier service from arrival to departure. You'll manage front-of-house operations and assist with smooth seating, customer service, and dining support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and Seat Guests: Provide a warm welcome to guests as they enter, manage reservations, and seat them promptly.
Support Front of House Operations: Assist with table settings, food and beverage service, take drink orders, ensuring the dining area is clean and well-organized, and support staff during peak hours
Customer Service: Answer inquiries, assist with special requests, and create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Coordinating with Team Members: Work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure timely seating and smooth service.
Manage Waiting List: Manage reservations and walk-ins, handle incoming calls, communicate estimated wait times, and keep guests informed.
Ensure Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the front-of-house area tidy and ensure menus and service materials are stocked and ready.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or as a host is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
