Are you a stay-at-home parent or student looking to earn extra income? We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented individual to assist with various administrative tasks. This is an office-based role, but working hours can be arranged to suit your schedule, making it perfect for those who need flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain documents.
Prepare and update portfolio summaries and timelines for client meetings.
Follow up on new business activities (outstanding document submission, client medical check-ups, policy inquiries, etc.).
Monitor systems (iAct and iDoc) for unsuccessful deductions or outstanding premiums and coordinate reminders to clients.
Assist clients with GIRO/credit card enrollments for premium deductions.
Send forms to clients via email or WhatsApp.
Manage and update client databases.
Assist with the distribution of calendars, birthday cards, and festive greetings.
Conduct servicing calls to schedule appointments for policy servicing.
Provide reminders for important tasks and deadlines (new product launches, mandatory e-learning, etc.).
Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic office software.
Prior admin experience is a plus but not required.
