  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking highly motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our team as MasterCard Follow-Up Officers. As a key member of our Cards Sales team, you will be responsible for promoting MasterCard to existing customers, cross-selling value propositions, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Details:

Basic Salary: $3,100/month
Mon to Fri / 9AM to 6PM
1-Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible)
Location: Changi Business Park

Responsibilities:

Promote MasterCard to existing customers across various consumer segments
Engage and build strong relationships with customers to deliver excellent client experiences
Ensure timely completion of customer applications and documentation for processing
Meet performance standards, business goals, and targets
Present effectively and communicate comfortably with customers through face-to-face or telemarketing activities

Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team player with ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
