Job Scope:
Intervention Support: Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions to enhance social skills, self-management, and learning strategies for SEN students.
In-Class Observation: Assist teachers in monitoring student behavior, ensuring a safe learning space, and providing targeted support to SEN students.
SEN-Based Program Support: Help organize and implement after-school programs for students and training workshops for teachers to enhance SEN support.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, coordinate program schedules, and support meetings with the SEN team.
Requirements:
Diploma in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
At least two years of experience working with students with special needs in a school setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.
