Job Responsibilities
Assisting in the processing, verification, and submission of medical claims for employees. Includes cashless claims and Employee Self Submission (ESS) claims.
Handling enquiries related to claims and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Providing administrative and operational support to the Claims Team.
Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related field.
Prior experience in claims processing, administrative support, or healthcare operations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and documents accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
