Identify any issues during production, including equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or deviations from standard operating procedures, and address them in a timely manner.
Partner with production teams to implement corrective measures and establish processes to prevent recurrence of issues.
Effectively manage and resolve employee concerns or conflicts, ensuring a harmonious working environment.
Oversee the maintenance department’s operations to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maximize operational efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment to reduce downtime and optimize performance.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors to manage specialized maintenance services or repairs when required, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Continuously assess production processes to identify and implement opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Work in close collaboration with R&D, quality assurance, and other departments to introduce process improvements and innovative solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
Diploma in Food or equivalent.
Independent, team player, and hardworking.
