Scope of Work
Manage daily functions of the accounts department.
Handle data entry and documentation.
Prepare monthly schedules and monitoring of AR balances.
Required to update sales tracker and incoming receipts timely, cheque deposits.
Month end stock take.
Updating and monitoring daily stock movement records.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Managers
Requirements
Able to meet deadlines and can multi-task.
Positive attitude, well organized, responsible, independent.
Meticulous with details and numbers.
Entry level with no experience is welcome to apply.
