Job
Responsibilities:
Be part of the in-house
specialist team that shapes the Total Rewards and manpower policies in
line with overall talent attraction and retention strategy.
Handle function of payroll
operations/administration including (but not limited to) the preparation
of data for processing in payroll system and the verification of payment
reports.
Manage day-to-day payroll and
claims matters, secondment billings and related issues.
Handle payroll processing for
interns.
Ensure accurate and timely
processing of payroll, leave and benefits administration.
Support the team on Clearing
Account work.
Ensure accuracy of HR records
and support the team on system enhancements and upgrades.
Job Requirements:
Diploma with
relevant experience
