Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Learning, you will:
- Spearhead the development and continuous improvement of our AI-powered, teacher-less education model across multiple campuses
- Blend cutting-edge data analytics with regular student engagement to optimize our learning ecosystem
- Drive exceptional student outcomes, as measured by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth
- Lead a team of learning engineers, data scientists, and instructional innovators to bring your visionary ideas to life
- Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and relentless focus on student success
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for this transformative role will possess:
- A Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech
- Hands-on experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional contexts
- Expertise in designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- A deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
- Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, innovative projects
