  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

- Handle telephone, email and walk-in enquiries

- Handle documentation which includes quotations, sales orders, invoice, Delivery Orders and purchase orders

- Arrange shipping for overseas customers, when necessary

- Ensure goods are packed correctly for delivery / export

- Follow up on quotations sent

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

- Able to liaise with mandarin speaking customers

- Computer literate

- Able to multi-task, work independently, Self-driven and willing to learn

- Alternate Saturday off

- Possesses strong communication skills and love meeting people

- Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare-parts would be an added advantage
