Job Description:
You have to deliver customer service to hotline calls, emails and walk-ins
Able to processing of orders via various purchase options
You have to processing enrolments of new customers
You need to prepare daily sales report to ensure accurate payments received and stock quantities
Able to assist with merchandise and spare parts purchase
Filing of documents
You have to checking of invoices with order forms to ensure invoices are keyed correctly
Able to handle customer enquires
Able to issue products to customers according to the purchases
You need to pack of stock for deliveries and courier service
You have to coordinate with courier to ensure timely delivery
Able to handle daily stock count to ensure accurate and sufficient inventory level
Order stock in to replenish
Able to handle receiving of stock and arrangement of stock in warehouse
You have to providing after-sales service (repair)
Able to prepare inventory reports
Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
You must have a minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration
You must have a strong communication skills in verbally and in written
MS Office Skills
Able to work independently and good teamwork
