Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and NVOCC services.

  • Generate Sales leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and client visits.

  • Present and promote NVOCC services to potential clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.

  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and overseas agents

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in freight forwarding NVOCC or shipping industry preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and logistics documentation.
