Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and NVOCC services.
Generate Sales leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and client visits.
Present and promote NVOCC services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and overseas agents
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in freight forwarding NVOCC or shipping industry preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and logistics documentation.
