Roles & Responsibilities

Job description:

· Handles customer enquiries (Export/ Import/ Transhipment / Customer Service)

· Coordinate with agents for rates/ bookings/ shipment arrangement.

· Handle SEA/AIR shipment and ensure all documents

· Create and issue invoice to customers

· Arrange deliveries and follow up with vendors and customers to ensure final destination of shipments

· Perform declaration of permit

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
