  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaison works with clients to understand their needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations

  • Schedule daily deployment for our cleaning team

  • Arrange orientations for new cleaning staff

  • Work alongside the cleaning team

  • Ferry the cleaning team to attend to cleaning assignments

  • Attend meetings and site inspections with clients

  • Attend to sales enquires when necessary

What we're looking for

  • A valid class 3 driving license is a MUST (Manual vehicles only)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred, preferably in the real estate or property services industry (On the job training can be arranged)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and service providers

  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

  • Familiarity with workplace safety and regulatory requirements in the industry
