Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drive e-commerce sales on brand.com and marketplaces such as Shopee & Lazada.
2. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to ensure profitability across all platforms.
3. Manage online customer interactions, including sales inquiries, feedback, and reviews.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions to boost sales.
5. Set up, verify, and optimize promotions and voucher campaigns across brand.com and marketplaces.
6. Develop and implement online campaigns to increase sales conversions.
7. Enhance the customer buying journey through UI/UX research and optimization.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
9. Monitor performance metrics, enhance web pages, and optimize marketplace stores.
10. Research and review industry insights, best practices, and emerging social selling initiatives.
11. Generate business reports covering sales performance, financial insights, returns, and refunds.
12. Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
13. Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Job Requirements: (e.g., educational/ professional qualifications)
• Requirements
• Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 year of e-commerce operations experience in Dotcom & Marketplace
• Prior experience in managing brand.com & Marketplace e-commerce operations will be ideal
