Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and e-commerce platform.
2. Create and schedule social media posts and content.
3. Support content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
4. Conduct market research on related industry trends and competitors.
5. Assist in coordinating events, pop-ups, and roadshow marketing activities.
6. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
7. Provide ad-hoc support for any other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday (9am-5pm) and 1 day work from home

• Campaign Execution: Ensure timely and effective planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Content Management: Develop, create, and schedule engaging social media posts and content in line with campaign goals.
• Content Support: Contribute to the creation of high-quality content for blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of events, pop-ups, and roadshows, ensuring smooth operations.
• Administrative Support: Provide reliable administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling, organizing files, and other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
A. Qualification/ Education Requirements:
A1. Diploma / Degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing or Business or Equivalent qualification
A2. Students who are still studying are welcome and citizen or Permanent Resident only who stay at Singapore
A3. Priority students from NUS, NTU, SIM, SUSS, PSB, KAPLAN, SMU, other sudent are still welcome
B. Work Experience Requirements :
B1. - Required Language's: Ability to communicate and write in both English and Mandarin.
C. Compulsory technical Requirements
C1. Basic Graphic Design tools like Canva or Adobe for creating marketing materials.
C2. Strong writing skills for creating engaging blog posts and social media content.
C3. Strong problem solving and resourceful.
C4. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, search engines).
D. Optional Technical requirements
