Responsibilities:

Lead growth and expansion in loyalty and rewards business across APAC.
Responsible for developing, prospecting, engaging, and closing new B2B opportunities.
Primary focus to engage Fortune 1000 customers in the region; to explore, nurture and convert opportunities.

• Spearhead and lead the following below:-

• Prospecting: manage end to end prospecting process; qualified/intent driven cold calls

• Pitching: lead and manage proposal, pitches, and RFPs together with extended team

• Managing: develop and manage a team of BD executives, processes and pipeline

• Performing: manage targets, KPIs and reporting

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree qualification

• 5-7 years of sales experience (ERP/SaaS background will be plus)

• Microsoft Office

• Self-driven, customer service oriented and sales oriented

• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
