Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Developer and residing in Singapore. The ideal candidate is an Accomplished Developer who specializes in Angular version ^2.0 and TypeScript and is comfortable using NPM.
You will work in a cross-functional agile team to deliver a complete user experience. You are adaptable to wear different hats and quickly learn new technologies. New challenges motivate you and you thrive in a startup environment handling multiple projects. You are obsessed with writing lean, clean and organized front-end codes and take strong ownership of your responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
• To Translate Wireframes into functional web apps using HTML, CSS, Angular2, Typescript, RxJS.
• To Build scalable web architectures and Write cross-platform and cross-device compatible codes.
• To Create RESTful services with Node.js and bind UI elements to JavaScript object models.
• To Create & Conduct Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code.
• To Respond and Act on change requests and feature requests efficiently.
Job Requirements
• MUST HAVE: Proven Experience & working knowledge with Angular2 (prefer version 10+), JavaScript & TypeScript.
• At least 3 years’ work experience in Front-End Web Development (includes front end optimization and performance techniques) and Responsive Web Applications, including 2 years’ experience in creating complex web based solutions.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field.
• Strong understanding of web design & development principles and best practices, including usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation.
• Solid Understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.
• Strong proficiency in RxJS, RxAction, NgRx.
• Good knowledge in CI/CD development.
• Working experience in building Responsive websites for web, tablet & mobile devices and cross-browser development and troubleshooting.
• Project & time management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills & eye for details are crucial.
• BIG PLUS if you have experience in Angular Server Side Rendering, Redux, React, JIRA, Webpack, Flexbox, Bootstrap, and SASS.
• Good to have: Experience with Photoshop or InDesign (creating sprites, optimizing, cutting or adjusting images).
• Please provide your portfolio of work (GitHub portfolio is preferred).
