Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Brand Management
• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to raise brand awareness and attract prospective students.
• Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage the school’s online presence, including website content, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Analyze data to optimize digital outreach.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, newsletters, and social media posts, to showcase the school’s programs and values.
• Event Planning: Organize open houses, school fairs, virtual tours, and community events to engage prospective families.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external communications.
Admissions Management
• Prospective Student Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, providing detailed information on the school’s curriculum, admissions process, and student experience.
• Admissions Process: Oversee the end-to-end admissions cycle, including application review, student assessments, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Database Management: Maintain an accurate admissions database to track leads, applications, and enrollments.
• Tours and Interviews: Conduct school tours, admission interviews, and orientation sessions for prospective families.
• Admissions Events: Plan and execute information sessions, webinars, and other activities to support recruitment efforts.
Relationship Building and Community Outreach
• Community Engagement: Establish relationships with local and international communities, businesses, and expatriate groups to promote the school.
• Agent and Consultant Relations: Collaborate with education agents and consultants to extend the school’s reach, particularly in international markets.
• Alumni Relations: Work with alumni to support recruitment through testimonials and success stories.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Admissions Analytics: Track and analyze data on inquiries, applications, and conversion rates, providing insights to improve recruitment strategies.
• Enrolment Targets: Develop forecasts and strategies to meet student recruitment goals.
Collaboration and Team Leadership
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with academic staff, leadership, and external partners to align messaging.
• Team Management: Lead a small team (if applicable), providing guidance and support for marketing and admissions activities.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with marketing agencies, designers, and content creators.
Compliance and Best Practices
• Admissions Compliance: Ensure that the admissions process adheres to relevant regulations and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
