We are looking for a Sales Operations and Marketing Specialist as follows:

Main task and objectives of the Position

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Operations and Marketing Specialist to join our excellent sales team. The Sales Operations and Marketing Specialist will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include making quotations, processing orders and maintaining our CRM as well as conducting market research, account profiling, managing email campaigns and assisting the sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

For your own success you should be willing to learn as much as possible about the Company and its market and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. We expect you to be an ambitious self-driven individual, who takes initiatives and comes with creative ideas. Outstanding sales and marketing operations are creative problem solvers who know how to find creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member for completing all allocated tasks.

· Updating documents and sales records in company CRM

· Observing and carrying out sales processes.

· Make quotations

· Process orders

· Compile target account plans and account profiling

· Manage email campaigns

· Assist with market research

· Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.

· Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Higher diploma or Degree in marketing, business, economics, preferred

· Strong self-motivation and self-starter

· Creative problem solver

· Excellent team player

· Fluent in English.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce

· Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.

· Service oriented and a great attitude
