Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to support sales strategy execution, analytics, and client relationship management across Southeast Asia. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and retail partners, market research, and sales performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing sales strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with the sales manager and retail partners to strategize and monitor monthly sales objectives.
• Conduct market analysis on competitors' activities and prepare insights for review.
• Provide detailed sell-out analysis for various markets, retailers, and POS.
• Support sales forecasts, budget preparations, and quarterly sales reviews.
• Assist in stock allocation and coordination of shipments with logistics partners.
• Manage logistical matters related to high-end product deliveries and handovers.
• Support initiatives to strengthen client and retailer relationships.
• Handle administrative and sales-related reporting duties.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to special projects as needed.
• Ensure Compliance with financial laws and guidelines
• Initiate and monitors processes for improvements
Requirements:
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar sales position within a luxury/premium brand.
• Skills:Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Budget management capability.
• Behavioral Skills:Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability and resilience.
Ability to collaborate across departments effectively.
