About the role
- Do and perform all acts, and things which are usually done and performed according to the practice of their profession in relation to the Services and matters provided
- Submit an overall project management report as required under the monthly management report
- Deliver cost estimate including breakdown cost
- Propose site plan, if required should be scaled accordingly. Up to 3 revisions to Basic layout (2D) in DWG & PDF in scale
- Meet timeline of the project
- Presentations to PA when required
- Prepare FS report in words with proper content as approved by Authority
