Responsibilities:


Responsible for production equipment uptime, maintenance, repair, and servicing.
Follow operational, quality, and safety regulations at all times.
Inspect equipment hardware, sockets, and handler setup at shift start.
Troubleshoot handler issues such as site jams, missing devices, overheating, and timeouts.
Record and report shift activities to operation supervisors.
Monitor and optimize equipment performance.
Perform hardware changes with the preventive maintenance team when needed.
Set up and adjust alignment, device settings, and offsets.
Verify traveller data accuracy step by step.
Follow OJT and SPEC procedures for task execution.
Maintain housekeeping and collaborate with operations for quality and safety.
Operate backend equipment and support production as needed.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management.




Requirements:



Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 years of semiconductor industry experience.
Hands-on experience in test production, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, and handling final test backend equipment.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in semiconductor final testing or manufacturing.
Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
Ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts (day & night) or 12-hour shifts when required.
