How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Provide training, instruction, and guidance to technicians on maintenance procedures and daily operational requirements.
Regularly review, update, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operative Instructions.
Act as the interim leader and primary point of contact in the absence of the site manager.
Oversee and support the Maintenance Team on the execution of the Preventative Maintenance Program, recommend improvements based on repair data, and manage spare parts inventory.
Identify, propose, and implement engineering enhancement projects to optimize operations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, address their needs proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction while preventing complaints.
Provide expert support during emergencies, ensure all incidents are investigated, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Conduct gas systems training, identify staff training needs, and facilitate continuous skill development.
Perform risk assessments, ensure compliance with HSE protocols, and implement safe work practices, including emergency response readiness.
Ensure adherence to local legislation, maintain controlled documentation, and generate necessary SOPs and method statements for operations.
Are you a MATCH?
A diploma in any engineering discipline is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in chemical processing, semiconductor, or industrial gas industries is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with external clients and internal teams.
Strong customer management skills, including the ability to identify and understand customer needs.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
