  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The CyberSG R&D Programme Office (CRPO) is seeking to hire a Programme Director to provide overarching guidance and direction for Talents and Outreach, Consortium and Ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Talent Flow programmes on Scholarship Administration executed through NCL and iTRUST. Talent Building can be modelled after A*STAR and AISP instead of creating a new workflow

  • Organising of Workshops/Seminars/Training Sessions to support the attainment of Talent Building and Hackathon for local community/ecosystem

  • Forging global relations in attracting talents to contribute to Singapore’s Cybersecurity ecosystem

  • Absorb Talent Building tied in with Visiting Professorship Programme/WHALES aligned to Consortium outcomes on Ecosystem Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top talents in cybersecurity research.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with past scholars to foster partnerships and facilitate knowledge exchange of current and future demands for cybersecurity research talents.

  • Track and manage the talent pipeline, ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates.

  • Provide guidance in Talent & Outreach, Consortium and Ecosystem management where necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimally Bachelor degree with 10 years of relevant working experience and qualifications

  • Experience in planning and execution of large-scale Marketing Communications projects will have an advantage

  • Possess leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders

  • Experience in international communications with potential industries

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
