  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Salary: SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000 per month

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri), Hybrid working environment

Location: Shenton Way (Near MRT)



Key Responsibilities

Manage the month-end close process by preparing entries and reviewing postings made by outsourced service providers related to Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
Prepare balance sheet schedules and monthly/ad-hoc reports.
Assist in the preparation of schedules for corporate tax filings and various surveys required by the Department of Statistics, other authorities, and Head Office.
Support the review, implementation, and improvement of systems, processes, and controls.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong understanding of systems and advanced Excel skills.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in the shipping industry or with IMOS is an advantage.
