Job Description:
Responsible for managing weekly online orders and enhancing overall online operations.
Assist in improving customer relationship management (CRM) support and e-commerce accounts.
Contribute to maintaining and growing the brand's digital presence, fostering customer retention, and increasing brand awareness.
Address client inquiries efficiently and professionally; training will be provided.
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, assist in the day-to-day processing of service orders, including skilled checking, assessment, and explanation of services for cleaning, coloring, protection coating, and repair services for bags, accessories, and footwear.
Monitor daily and weekly deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups on payments, service completion dates, and schedules, in accordance with the order workflow system.
Communicate with customers via various channels to deliver a seamless customer service experience and uphold client service excellence.
Handle the receipt and processing of new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, while supporting stock-taking activities.
Stay up-to-date with luxury brand news, new services, new product information, customer feedback, and internal communications.
Collaborate with the operations team to address customer concerns, develop strategies to improve the customer experience, and resolve issues or complaints.
Assist with basic packing, processing orders, completing forms, handling applications, and managing ad-hoc requests.
