Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable
- Process all invoices and payments ensuring compliance to policy
- Reconciliations and prepare schedules
- Observe monthly / annual closing timeline
- Liaise with external service providers, banks, colleagues
- Adhoc accounting duties
Experience and Any Special Requirements:
- Minimum 1~2 years working experience
- Good written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Minimal supervision
- Work well in a team
Candidates with a short or no notice period will be preferred,
