Job Overview:
As the Head Barista at PAZZION Cafe, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cafe, ensuring the highest standards of beverage preparation and customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our beverage offerings, training of staff, and fostering a culture of excellence within the café.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation & Quality Control:
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink served by maintaining and enforcing high standards of preparation.
- Experiment with and introduce new beverages to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, mentor, and train the barista team, ensuring they are knowledgeable and skilled in beverage preparation, customer service, and café operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions on coffee techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Create a friendly and inclusive environment that encourages repeat visits.
Inventory Management & Ordering:
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring they are always well-stocked.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of coffee equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote coffee specials, events, and new products.
- Monitor sales trends and provide feedback on customer preferences to improve offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior / Head Barista, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in inventory management and ordering is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,300.00 per month
