Our team of Diamond and Jewellery Consultants represents as experienced service and sales professionals via phone or e-mail, by selling our high quality diamonds and jewelry. Responsibilities:
- Deliver a phenomenal experience to every Vivo Diamonds customer
- Develop enthusiastic satisfied customers by understanding and considering their needs and wants
- Build customer relationships through care and responsiveness
- Offer no-pressure advice and guidance to help our customers decide with confidence
- Assist customers through the purchasing process via phone and e-mail
- Take responsibility for personal learning, product information and job processes; shares knowledge; successfully handles change
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills including empathy and ownership
- A strong ability to establish instant rapport and instill trust and credibility
- A solution-oriented personality with the desire to create a positive resolution which supports the business and customers' needs
- Ability to work on an individual level, as well as in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior listening skills
- Highly detail-oriented with great documentation skills are a must
- Computer literate
- Successful candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. We are currently seeking a representative to cover the floater shift.
