  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are seeking for talented Intern to join the Advisory team. The Candidate will be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and will be a versatile position focused on supporting a wide range of strategic activities, including strategic planning, M&A and working closely with the Investment Team to access and execute investment opportunities in the Sub-Mekong region in South East Asia.

What you will do:

  • Transactional sourcing and screening of investment opportunities for senior team members
  • Developing and documenting of transaction rationale, including preparation and presentation of all Information Memorandum and presentation materials.
  • Developing financial models and executing transaction recommendations
  • Performing comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, and peer benchmarking
  • Participating in marketing and fundraising activities, including roadshow, internal training and prospective investor meetings.

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters / MBA from a top-tier university
  • Desire to pursue a Career in Corporate Finance / M&A / Private Equity.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting; excellent analytical / modeling skills
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent technical skills, confident presentation ability, and an inquisitive mind
  • Overall familiarity with the private equity industry and knowledge of various strategies would be a significant enhancement. Real Estate experience will be advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development.
  • Fluent in English is a must, bilingual in English and Chinese languages is added advantage.
