  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have successfully executed at least two implementations of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The role requires expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and integration while ensuring compliance with governance standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to assess implementation efforts based on customer story points.
  • Convert business processes into a technical Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for efficient implementation.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow projects, including configuration, customization, integration, and testing.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow Sprints for agile project delivery.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Utilize ServiceNow automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across various IT systems and applications.
  • Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and new features, providing recommendations for platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and support.
  • Proven track record of at least two successful implementations of ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and custom application development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.
